Entelo runs on SendGrid and supports DMARC compliance via SPF. Note that if you're asked to add SendGrid's general 'include' statement to your SPF, that will pull in way more than what you need in your DNS. Instead, Entelo could provide you with a list of dedicated IPs they're using to send through SendGrid, which you could then add as 'ip4:x.x.x.x' statements to your SPF.
